Azim Premji University has become one of the anchors of the Sarjapura area. Its Bengaluru campus draws faculty, staff, researchers and the families of students from across India, and many of them look for homes nearby rather than in the city. Distance and route to the campus

Our measured time is a few minutes longer than the developer's band. The difference comes from the last stretch off the main road into Burugunte, which is slower than the highway.
What the university offers
Azim Premji University's website (checked 21 October 2026) lists three campuses: Bengaluru (100 acres), Bhopal and Ranchi. It describes:
- Undergraduate BA and BSc degrees across the sciences, social sciences and humanities.
- Postgraduate MA and MSc degrees in education, development, economics, public health, climate change and related fields.
- Diplomas and certificates, including professional development courses.
- Student residences, with more than 2,500 places across its campuses.

Who this location suits
Faculty and staff who want a larger home than the city offers, within a quarter-hour of campus, are the most obvious fit. So are families with one parent at the university and another working on the Sarjapur or Electronic City side, since Sarjapura–Attibele Road links both. It suits students less. Most undergraduates live in the university's own residences, and a 3 or 4 BHK Sky Villa is a family home rather than student housing. NVT Lakeside Residences is the Sky Villa phase of NVT's A Wonderful World township on Sarjapur–Attibele Road: 604 homes in 3 and 4 BHK layouts, 4 per floor, all facing a 300-acre lake. Indicative starting values run from ₹1.69 Cr to ₹2.68 Cr at a base price of ₹8,999 per sq ft, with other charges extra. There is no RERA number or possession date yet.
