The lake and what lake-facing means
The lake is the reason the homes are planned the way they are. This page collects the lake facts already published in the project material: the name on Google Maps, the stated size, the promenade, and the birds that are named.

Name and size, as published
The Sky Villas are described as facing a 300-acre lake. On the home page this site notes that Google Maps labels that water Bidaraguppe Lake, and that Maps marks the site itself as Lake 300. Both phrases are labels we can point to. A surveyed acreage beyond the 300-acre figure in the project material is not published here.
The towers sit on 30 acres of the 100-acre A Wonderful World township on Sarjapur–Attibele Road near Indalabele, between Sarjapura and Attibele. The lake is the frontage the plans are drawn towards, not a separate amenity you book by the hour in any document we have.
Promenade, clubhouse and birds
The promenade level is described as a 1.1 km lakeside walk and The Active Arena, with tennis, basketball, a cricket pitch, pickleball, an amphitheatre, a jogging track and a 5-acre sports village. Level 30 is described as sky amenities with the lake in view. The Lake Club is a 60,000 sq ft clubhouse overlooking the lake, with a restaurant, café, banquet halls, a games lounge, two mini theatres and guest rooms.
Named birds in the project material are White-throated Kingfisher, Eurasian Spoonbill, Spot-billed Pelican, Great Egret, Oriental Darter, Asian Openbill, Osprey. The same notes say the lake draws over 130 species in all. A bird list beyond those names, and any claim about water quality or boating, is not published here.
Lake-facing, in this project, means the butterfly plan turns all four homes on a floor towards the water, with double-height skydecks. A higher floor can still carry floor-rise charges, which are outside the starting price. Which stack you can buy is a sales question, not a fact this page can assign.

Birds named in the project material

Questions and answers
What lake do the Sky Villas face?
The project material says every Sky Villa faces a 300-acre lake. Google Maps labels that lake Bidaraguppe Lake, and Maps marks the site itself as Lake 300. The developer's material also calls the setting a 300-acre lake. This page uses those two descriptions and does not add a third size.
What does lake-facing mean here?
It means the homes are oriented towards the lake. The butterfly layout puts 4 Sky Villas on a floor, all facing the lake, with double-height skydecks. It does not mean a particular stack, floor or view is reserved for you until a unit is allotted in writing.
What birds and promenade are described?
The project material names White-throated Kingfisher, Eurasian Spoonbill, Spot-billed Pelican, Great Egret, Oriental Darter, Asian Openbill, Osprey, and says the lake attracts over 130 species in all. Along the water, the plans include a 1.1 km lakeside promenade, a 5-acre sports village and a 60,000 sq ft Lakeview Clubhouse. Water quality, boating rights and public access rules are not published here.
