Lakeside Residences does not have one floor plan; it has eight. Four tower plates, A, B & D, C and E, are each drawn twice, once for even-numbered floors and once for odd-numbered floors, and every sheet carries four homes with their carpet, balcony, unit and sale areas printed beside them. This guide is the central page for those sheets: how to read them, how they compare, and which page to open for each tower. It sits beside the floor plans overview, which covers the five indicative layouts and their starting values, and the NVT Lakeside Residences overview.
The eight sheets, tower by tower
Open the sheet for the tower and floor type you are considering. Each page carries the full-size coloured plan, a unit-by-unit area table and a comparison with the matching even or odd sheet.
- Tower A, even floors: two 4 BHK Prime and two 4 BHK Lux homes, balconies 317 to 336 sq ft.
- Tower A, odd floors: the same four homes with Prime balconies stretched to about 371 sq ft.
- Tower B & D, even floors: two 3 BHK Lux and two 3 BHK Prime homes on the one landscape plate.
- Tower B & D, odd floors: the 3 BHK plate with the Lux balcony figures swapped over and slightly smaller Prime balconies.
- Tower C, even floors: Tower A's plate with a smaller Type 2 Lux Right balcony.
- Tower C, odd floors: figure-for-figure the same as Tower A on odd floors.
- Tower E, even floors: two 4 BHK Standard homes above two 3 BHK Prime Type 2 homes.
- Tower E, odd floors: the mixed plate with a smaller balcony on the 4 BHK Standard homes.
Towers B and D share one drawing, so the sheet is titled for both. Towers A and C share a footprint, and Tower E is the only plate that puts 3 BHK and 4 BHK homes side by side.
How to read the four areas on each sheet
Every unit box prints the same four lines, and they stack in a fixed order.
- Carpet area is the usable floor inside the front door, excluding the walls.
- Balcony area is the deck or balcony that belongs to the home.
- Unit area is the carpet and balcony areas plus the thickness of the walls that enclose the home.
- Sale area is the unit area plus a share of common areas, and it is the figure a rate per square foot is normally applied to.
For example, unit 04 on Tower A's even floors prints 1,666.79 sq ft of carpet, a 336.37 sq ft balcony, 2,152.14 sq ft of unit area and 2,889.84 sq ft of sale area. That gap between 1,666.79 and 2,889.84 is the reason to ask, before any comparison, which of the four figures a quoted price is based on. The project's base rate is ₹8,999 per sq ft; ask which area it multiplies.
Every unit on one table
The table below lists all 32 homes drawn across the eight sheets, with the figures that differ between even and odd floors side by side. Carpet area never changes between the two; the balcony and sale area do.
| Tower | Unit | Type | Carpet | Sale area (even) | Sale area (odd) | Balcony (even) | Balcony (odd) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Tower A | 04 | 4BHK Prime Left | 1,666.79 | 2,889.84 | 2,937.68 | 336.37 | 371.57 |
| Tower A | 01 | 4BHK Prime Right | 1,670.77 | 2,901.84 | 2,948.96 | 336.48 | 371.46 |
| Tower A | 03 | 4BHK Lux Left | 1,529.34 | 2,650.78 | 2,648.18 | 317.21 | 312.91 |
| Tower A | 02 | 4BHK Lux Right Type 1 | 1,486.28 | 2,601.35 | 2,618.26 | 325.39 | 337.99 |

| Tower B & D | 01 | 3BHK Lux Right | 1,108.47 | 1,844.27 | 1,838.78 | 157.15 | 153.06 |
| Tower B & D | 03 | 3BHK Prime Left Type 1 | 1,255.72 | 2,106.60 | 2,101.69 | 194.72 | 191.06 |
| Tower B & D | 02 | 3BHK Prime Right Type 1 | 1,211.16 | 2,032.89 | 2,026.82 | 190.52 | 186.00 |
| Tower C | 04 | 4BHK Prime Left | 1,666.79 | 2,889.84 | 2,937.68 | 336.37 | 371.57 |
| Tower C | 01 | 4BHK Prime Right | 1,670.77 | 2,901.84 | 2,948.96 | 336.48 | 371.46 |
| Tower C | 03 | 4BHK Lux Left | 1,529.34 | 2,650.78 | 2,648.18 | 317.21 | 312.91 |
| Tower C | 02 | 4BHK Lux Right Type 2 | 1,486.28 | 2,590.36 | 2,618.26 | 317.21 | 337.99 |
| Tower E | 04 | 4BHK Standard Left | 1,425.68 | 2,477.48 | 2,402.90 | 298.81 | 243.26 |
| Tower E | 01 | 4BHK Standard Right | 1,425.68 | 2,477.34 | 2,402.90 | 298.81 | 243.26 |
| Tower E | 03 | 3BHK Prime Left Type 2 | 1,185.21 | 2,081.31 | 2,073.07 | 246.28 | 240.90 |

Two patterns stand out. The 4 BHK Prime homes gain the most from odd floors, with balconies rising from about 336 to about 371 sq ft. The 4 BHK Standard homes in Tower E go the other way and lose about 55 sq ft of balcony on odd floors.
From sheet names to published layouts
The sheets use their own labels: 3BHK Lux, 3BHK Prime, 4BHK Standard, 4BHK Lux and 4BHK Prime. The site's published layouts use different names for what appear to be the same homes, and the areas line up to within about 4 percent. This is our reading of the two documents rather than an official mapping, so ask the sales team to confirm it.
| Sheet label | Closest published layout | Published area | Sale area on sheets |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3BHK Lux | Large 3 BHK | 1,850 sq ft | 1,838.78 to 1,844.27 sq ft |
| 3BHK Prime | Luxe 3 BHK | 2,100 sq ft | 2,026.82 to 2,106.60 sq ft |
| 4BHK Standard | Large 4 BHK | 2,450 sq ft | 2,402.90 to 2,477.48 sq ft |
| 4BHK Lux | Luxe 4 BHK | 2,600 sq ft | 2,590.36 to 2,650.78 sq ft |
| 4BHK Prime | Prime 4 BHK | 2,950 sq ft | 2,889.84 to 2,948.96 sq ft |
What is shared across every plate
All four tower plates follow the same planning logic. Each has a central lift lobby with a fire lift and a fire tower beside it, a 2 m wide corridor leading out to the homes, and a vestibule and foyer at each front door, so the arrival is private rather than a long shared passage. The living and dining room of every home is placed on the outer edge of the plate and the balconies curve round it, which is how the butterfly layout turns each home towards the lake. Wet kitchens appear next to the main kitchen on the larger plans, and walk-in wardrobes show up on the master bedrooms of the Prime and Standard homes. The 4 BHK Prime homes also carry a home office.
Choosing between the towers
Compare the plates on what actually differs. Pick a 3 BHK and your options are the Lux or Prime homes on Tower B & D, or the Prime Type 2 pair on Tower E. Pick a 4 BHK and the Standard homes live only in Tower E, while the Lux and Prime homes are drawn in Tower A and Tower C, which are the same in every figure on odd floors and differ by one balcony on even floors. If outdoor space is the priority, compare an even and an odd sheet for the same tower before you choose a floor.
What the sheets do not settle
A plan sheet fixes shape and area. It does not fix the view from a particular floor, what is built next to your tower, the finishes inside, or the costs that sit outside the base rate: floor-rise charges, the clubhouse membership, maintenance and corpus charges, SDR and GST. For those, use the price guide and the buying checklist. The project's K-RERA registration number is not yet published, so the sheets remain indicative until you can check the registered carpet area on the Karnataka RERA portal.
