RERA and possession status
This page states only what the project material already says about registration and possession, and how to check a number on the Karnataka RERA portal. It is dated so a later registration can replace this status in one place.

What is confirmed
NVT Lakeside Residences is the apartment phase of NVT's A Wonderful World township on Sarjapur–Attibele Road. Phase 1 is described as 604 lake-facing 3 and 4 BHK Sky Villas. The developer's interest form and this site's project notes do not include a RERA registration number for those apartments, and they do not include a possession date.
NVT's own projects page, checked on 21 October 2026, lists A Wonderful World (Eterna villas) at Sarjapur–Attibele Road as under construction, with Karnataka RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/050126/008381. That registration belongs to the villa phase. It is not a registration for the Sky Villa apartments. Quoting it as if it covered Lakeside Residences would be wrong.
The interest form records a preference. The project material says it is not an application for booking, an allotment or an agreement for sale, and that no unit is offered or promised by it. Areas and prices are described as indicative and subject to change with K-RERA registration.
What is not published
A possession month, a handover promise, and an apartment-phase registration number are not published. Portal lines that say the project is already RERA approved, or that give a possession year, are not repeated here. When a number is issued, this page should be updated the same day and the filing should be read on the portal.
To verify a number, open https://rera.karnataka.gov.in and search the registration. Read the project name, the promoter, the survey numbers, the count of units, and the proposed completion date on the filing. Match those fields to the apartment phase, not only to the township name. Keep a copy of the page you checked and the date.

Is NVT Lakeside Residences RERA registered?
The current project material does not include a Karnataka RERA registration number for the Sky Villa apartments. NVT's projects page, checked 21 October 2026, lists the township villa phase Eterna as PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/050126/008381. That number covers the Eterna villas. It does not cover these apartments. Search any number you are given on the Karnataka RERA portal before you pay.
When is possession at NVT Lakeside Residences?
A possession date has not been published. This site does not repeat portal dates or a tentative year. Ask for the date in writing once the apartments are registered, and read the proposed completion date on the Karnataka RERA filing itself.
What should I verify before I pay?
Verify the project name, the promoter, the registration number, the plans the registration covers, and the proposed completion date on rera.karnataka.gov.in. The interest form is a survey of interest. It is not a booking, an allotment or an agreement for sale. Do not treat a township villa registration as if it covered the Sky Villas.
