This is the even-numbered floor plate of Tower B & D at Lakeside Residences, taken from the project's typical floor plan sheet and read unit by unit. Four homes share the floor, numbered 01 to 04, and each unit's carpet, balcony, unit and sale area is printed beside it. The central guide, Lakeside Residences typical floor plans, explains how the four areas relate; the sibling sheet for Tower B & D odd floors shows what changes one floor up or down.

Tower B & D, even floors. Indicative plan; areas in sq ft and subject to change with K-RERA registration.
Areas for each unit

How the four homes are arranged
Tower B & D is the only landscape plate in the set. A single 2 m wide corridor runs vertically through the middle and the lift lobby, fire lift and fire tower sit at its base. The two 3 BHK Lux homes (units 04 and 01) are drawn at the top, one on each side of the corridor, as mirror images with the vestibule opening straight off it. The two 3 BHK Prime homes (units 03 and 02) are drawn at the bottom, wider and flatter, with a vestibule on the lift-lobby side and the living and dining room running across the plate towards the outer balcony. The Prime homes add a walk-in wardrobe to bedroom 01 and a wet kitchen beside the main kitchen.
What the numbers say
The sale area is what the home is sold on, and the carpet area is the floor you can actually lay a carpet on. On the even floors of Tower B & D the carpet area is between 59.6% to 60.3% of the sale area, with the rest made up of the balcony, the walls and a share of common space.
- Unit 04, 3BHK Lux Left: carpet is 60.3% of the sale area, and the balcony adds 13.8% on top of the carpet area.
- Unit 01, 3BHK Lux Right: carpet is 60.1% of the sale area, and the balcony adds 14.2% on top of the carpet area.
- Unit 03, 3BHK Prime Left Type 1: carpet is 59.6% of the sale area, and the balcony adds 15.5% on top of the carpet area.
- Unit 02, 3BHK Prime Right Type 1: carpet is 59.6% of the sale area, and the balcony adds 15.7% on top of the carpet area.
Tower B & D carries the smallest homes in the set, so it is where a buyer can enter the project at 1,838.78 sq ft of sale area. Both 3 BHK Lux homes share one carpet area, 1,108.47 sq ft, and differ in balcony and unit area.
Even floors against odd floors
Carpet area does not change between even and odd floors in Tower B & D. The balcony does, and the sale area moves with it, so the choice between the two floor types is really a choice of outdoor space.
| Unit | Type | Balcony (even) | Balcony (odd) | Difference | Sale area (even) | Sale area (odd) | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 04 | 3BHK Lux Left | 153.06 | 157.15 | +4.09 | 1,838.78 | 1,844.27 | +5.49 |
| 01 | 3BHK Lux Right | 157.15 | 153.06 | -4.09 | 1,844.27 | 1,838.78 | -5.49 |
| 03 | 3BHK Prime Left Type 1 | 194.72 | 191.06 | -3.66 | 2,106.60 | 2,101.69 | -4.91 |
| 02 | 3BHK Prime Right Type 1 | 190.52 | 186.00 | -4.52 | 2,032.89 | 2,026.82 | -6.07 |
Which published layout each unit matches
The project's overview page lists five indicative layouts by approximate area. Setting the even-floor sale areas of Tower B & D beside those figures, the units line up as follows. This is our reading of the two documents, so confirm it with the sales team before relying on it.
- unit 04, unit 01 (3BHK Lux) is closest to the published Large 3 BHK layout, which lists about 1,850 sq ft.
- unit 03, unit 02 (3BHK Prime) is closest to the published Luxe 3 BHK layout, which lists about 2,100 sq ft.
For starting values and what each step up buys, see the Lakeside Residences floor plans overview before weighing a even-floor home in Tower B & D against another tower.
What to confirm before you choose
- Whether your preferred floor in Tower B & D is even or odd, since the balcony and sale area differ.
- The exact area basis the quoted rate applies to: carpet, unit or sale area.
- What sits opposite or beside your tower, because every home faces the lake today but later phases are not described on the plan.
- Floor-rise charges, car parking and other costs that sit outside the starting value; the price guide lists what is and is not included.
- The K-RERA registration number, which is not yet published; check it on the Karnataka RERA portal once released.
