This is the odd-numbered floor plate of Tower B & D at Lakeside Residences, taken from the project's typical floor plan sheet and read unit by unit. Four homes share the floor, numbered 01 to 04, and each unit's carpet, balcony, unit and sale area is printed beside it. The central guide, Lakeside Residences typical floor plans, explains how the four areas relate; the sibling sheet for Tower B & D even floors shows what changes one floor up or down.

Areas for each unit

All figures below are in square feet, read from the odd-floor sheet.

Unit Type Carpet area Balcony area Unit area Sale area
04 3BHK Lux Left 1,108.47 157.15 1,373.47 1,844.27
01 3BHK Lux Right 1,108.47 153.06 1,369.38 1,838.78
03 3BHK Prime Left Type 1 1,255.72 191.06 1,565.18 2,101.69
02 3BHK Prime Right Type 1 1,211.16 186.00 1,509.42 2,026.82

How the four homes are arranged

On the odd floors Tower B & D keeps its layout of two 3 BHK Lux homes at the top and two 3 BHK Prime homes at the bottom, separated by the central corridor and lift lobby. The visible difference is on the Lux homes at the top, where the long curved balcony now carries a step-out point on the left and the two homes have traded their balcony figures. The Prime homes at the bottom still wrap a balcony around the bedroom end and a second around the living end, but both are slightly smaller than their even-floor equivalents.

What the numbers say

The sale area is what the home is sold on, and the carpet area is the floor you can actually lay a carpet on. On the odd floors of Tower B & D the carpet area is between 59.7% to 60.3% of the sale area, with the rest made up of the balcony, the walls and a share of common space.

Tower B & D's odd-floor sheet is the one where the Lux Left and Lux Right figures have swapped over relative to the even floors, so a buyer who has fallen for one handing should check which floor type they are actually looking at.

Odd floors against even floors

Carpet area does not change between odd and even floors in Tower B & D. The balcony does, and the sale area moves with it, so the choice between the two floor types is really a choice of outdoor space.

Unit Type Balcony (odd) Balcony (even) Difference Sale area (odd) Sale area (even) Difference
04 3BHK Lux Left 157.15 153.06 -4.09 1,844.27 1,838.78 -5.49

Which published layout each unit matches

The project's overview page lists five indicative layouts by approximate area. Setting the odd-floor sale areas of Tower B & D beside those figures, the units line up as follows. This is our reading of the two documents, so confirm it with the sales team before relying on it.
