Buyers searching for NVT's new apartments on Sarjapur–Attibele Road meet at least four names: NVT A Wonderful World apartments, NVT Codename Lake 300, NVT Sky Villas and NVT Lakeside Residences. They are not four projects. They are one apartment phase inside one township, marketed under different names while the final branding settles. This page explains which name means what, what each part of the township contains, and what is and is not confirmed yet. One township, two phases
NVT A Wonderful World is NVT Quality Lifestyle's integrated township on Sarjapur–Attibele Road, set beside a lake of about 300 acres. The developer's own material describes it as a 100-acre township; other listings quote anything from 80 to 102 acres, so treat the exact figure as unconfirmed until the layout approvals are published.
It has two kinds of homes:

The RERA number above covers the Eterna villas only. It does not cover the apartments, so a buyer of a Sky Villa should wait for the apartment phase's own registration before paying more than an interest or EOI amount. Which name means what
- NVT Lakeside Residences (or "Lakeside Residences at A Wonderful World") is the name used in the developer's own write-up for the apartment phase. The material calls it a working name, so the final brand may still change.
- NVT Codename Lake 300 is the pre-launch codename channel partners have used for the same apartments, after the 300-acre lake. Google Maps also labels the site pin "Lake 300", near Indalabele.
- NVT Sky Villas describes the format: large apartments with double-height skydecks, sold as "Sky Villas" rather than flats. Some partner sites use it as the project's name.
- NVT apartments on Sarjapur–Attibele Road is how many buyers search for it, because it is NVT's first high-rise project; its earlier projects are villa communities, listed on our NVT Quality Lifestyle projects page.
If an advertisement, a WhatsApp forward or a brochure uses any of these names for 604 lake-facing 3 and 4 BHK homes on Sarjapur–Attibele Road, it refers to this project.
What the apartments offer
- Homes: 604 Sky Villas in Phase 1, in five indicative layouts from about 1,850 sq ft (Large 3 BHK) to about 2,950 sq ft (Prime 4 BHK with a home office). The typical floor plans show each tower's plate for even and odd floors: Towers A, B & D, C and E.
- Layout: four homes per floor, four dedicated elevators, a private vestibule for each home and a butterfly plan that turns every home towards the lake.
- Amenities: 129+ planned across Level 30 sky amenities, the podium and a 1.1 km lakeside promenade, plus a 60,000 sq ft clubhouse and a 5-acre sports village.
- Price: from ₹1.69 Cr for a Large 3 BHK at a base price of ₹8,999 per sq ft, with other charges extra. The price guide lists every layout's starting value and what it includes.
Where it is
The site sits on Sarjapur–Attibele Road near Indalabele, between Sarjapura and Attibele, beside the lake that Google Maps labels Bidaraguppe Lake. Our Google Maps checks on 21 October 2026 gave about 3 minutes to New Baldwin International School, 9 minutes to Indus International School and 13 minutes to Azim Premji University.
What is not confirmed yet
- The apartment phase's Karnataka RERA registration number.
- A possession date for the Sky Villas.
- The final project name, since the developer still calls "Lakeside Residences" a working name.
- The exact township acreage.
Ask for each of these in writing before you commit, and keep any early payment to the interest or EOI stage until the RERA registration is published.
